It's hard to believe it's almost been a year since I've posted anything here on DeviantArt. I guess it's about the same on Rivenwood. Funny how things change. I never thought I'd say this, but I guess I've done a lot of growing up. It's like the harder you try to cling to something like the past, the more you miss something like the future. I may never meet any of you in person, and it's true that actually I may never talk to many of you again. This is not from lack of desire to talk or friendship... it's just the sad truth that many of you have nothing in common with me besides Rivenwood. Without it I would never have met you, and without it I'm afraid it'll be almost as bad as. Some of you I consider dear friends, and you know who you are, and maybe one of you doesn't, and for that I'm sorry. Rivenwood may be dead, but as I believe a good friend of ours once said, "it'll go out with a bang." And thus we come to A Roline's Tale: The Sequel. For many a long month I've thought it pointless to continue. But I feel as though to discontinue it would forever put a stumbling block in my life. I must overcome it to move on. It's like my last farewell to Rivenwood. And so it will be finished. Not as high quality as I would have hoped, it's still going to be a little rough around the edges, but there you have it.
